1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RSF Athlete platform, courses, materials, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If the user is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

RSF Athlete provides structured mental performance education, training modules, implementation materials, and related digital content for youth athletes, parents, coaches, and sports organizations.

The Services are educational in nature and are not clinical psychological treatment, medical advice, or therapy.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Have parental consent if under 18
• Provide accurate registration information

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

4. No Medical or Psychological Treatment

RSF Athlete provides educational performance training only.

It does not:

• Diagnose mental health conditions
• Provide therapy or counseling
• Replace medical or licensed psychological services

Users experiencing significant mental health challenges should seek qualified professional care.

5. Intellectual Property

All content including:

• Videos
• Worksheets
• Frameworks
• Language systems
• Branding
• Course materials

are the exclusive property of RSF Company LLC.

You may not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Share login credentials
• Use materials commercially

without written permission.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Harass other users
• Post inappropriate content
• Share accounts
• Attempt to reverse engineer platform materials
• Upload harmful or illegal content

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access.

7. Organizational Licenses

Organizations purchasing RSF Athlete receive a limited, non-transferable license for enrolled participants only.

Access is restricted to:

• Registered athletes
• Registered parents
• Approved coaches

Access may not be extended beyond purchased participants.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

If applicable:

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled
• Failure to pay may result in suspension

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RSF Company LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Lost profits
• Emotional distress
• Athletic performance outcomes

Participation in sports carries inherent risks. RSF does not guarantee performance results.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for:

• Violation of terms
• Abuse of platform
• Non-payment
• Misuse of materials

11. Governing Law
